Annual plans are paid upfront for 12 months; monthly plans cover 1 month. The subscription amount shown is the checkout total. New accounts begin on Free after business approval; choose your billing period when upgrading.

One person. One user.

The owner counts as a user. The same person using a phone and laptop still counts as one user. Each teammate needs their own login. User limits apply to each business workspace.

App access is included.

Android is currently available as a test APK. The app requires internet; some advanced workflows are available on the website only. iOS is not yet available.

Clear limits for connected services.

Unlimited invoices covers normal business use. Automated WhatsApp/SMS, GST verification, government API calls and additional storage are not unlimited. Any paid usage or credit pack will show its price and allowance before purchase. Manual sharing has no separate Bahikhata fee.

A restricted accountant/CA seat is planned for paid plans but is not included yet. Government e-way bill generation requires a configured provider; recording an existing e-way bill does not generate one.

A few answers.

Is pricing per user or per business package?

The displayed price is for the package with its included users and business-profile allowance. It is not multiplied by the number of included users. Plus and Pro each include 1 user and 1 business; Pro Max includes 3 users and up to 2 business profiles. A separate CA seat is not included yet.

Do I pay again for the Android app?

No. Web and Android access share the same subscription and business data. The Android app is currently a test release; iOS is not available yet.

How does annual billing work?

Pay ₹3,490 for Plus, ₹3,990 for Pro or ₹6,840 for Pro Max upfront for 12 months. Plus also offers ₹349 monthly billing and Pro offers ₹399 monthly billing. Pro Max is annual only. The approximate monthly equivalent is a comparison, not an installment payment.

Can I try it before paying?

Yes. Free includes 50 invoices per month, one user, customer ledgers, collections, PDFs and reports. Register, verify your email and submit your business for approval.
